Gear for the ride, and straight answers
Mutt & Mile is a small online shop for people whose dogs come along: to the trail, the beach, the park and back. We pick gear that does one job well and keeps your car clean doing it.
How your order gets to you
We work with a fulfillment partner that stores, packs and ships our products. Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from their warehouse in China. That means your package may arrive in plain packaging with a return address that isn't ours. It's still from us, and we're the ones who answer for it.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Honest delivery times. We show the real window before you pay: ships in 1-3 business days, arrives in about 7–14. If an order will be late, we email you before the promised date with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
- Easy returns. 30 days on unused items. Damaged or defective? A photo is enough for a replacement or a refund, no return needed.
- Real answers. A person replies to every email within 2 business days.
- Nothing fake. No made-up reviews, no countdown timers, no “was” prices we never charged. When we show a kit saving, it's the difference from our own regular prices.
- Plain claims. Our seat covers and seat belt tethers keep dogs and seats tidy. They are not crash-tested safety restraints, and we will never say they are.
