Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use https://muttandmile.com or buy from [OWNER: legal name or LLC] (“Mutt & Mile”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them, along with our shipping policy, return policy and privacy policy.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we email your order confirmation. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, or turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and you can choose a refund or a corrected order. We only charge what was shown at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax is added where we're required to collect it and is shown before you pay.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to US addresses within the times stated in our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered. If we can't ship on time, we'll let you know and offer a full refund as that policy describes.

Returns

Our return policy explains returns, refunds and what we do about damaged or defective items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Using our products

• Use products as described on their pages and supervise your dog when using them.
• Seat covers protect upholstery. Seat belt tethers keep a dog from roaming the car. Neither is a crash-tested safety restraint, and neither should be used in place of one.
• Don't put seat covers over seats with built-in side airbags, under child car seats, or over heated seats left running.
• Check gear for wear before each use and stop using anything that's damaged.

Product information

We try to describe products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizes are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerances. Illustrations show how a product is used and may not show every detail.

Website use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that disrupts it, no attempts to break its security, and no fraudulent orders. Text, images and the Mutt & Mile name and logo belong to us; please don't copy them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
